One of our primary recommendations for parents who are concerned about the safety of their teens on MySpace is that the parents get their own MySpace account. We have now started a site on MySpace.com that will help people who may have questions about how to set up their MySpace profile.

In this project, we're working with O'Reilly Media, which has provided us with a set of books describing web technology, image editing, flash animation, and other technologies that are relevant to MySpace users and people who are active on the Web.

If you have questions about configuring your MySpace profile, or other web technology related questions, please visit us on MySpace at www.MySpace.com/OreillyMedia.

If you'd prefer to go straight to the blog (where the technology articles are being posted) go to Blog.MySpace.com/OreillyMedia.

Come 'friend' us on MySpace and subscribe to the blog if you're interested in finding out how to make your MySpace profile as 'cool' as any teen's profile.
